When life gets a little crazy, I cling on to the merry-go-round as best I can. Enjoying some wonderful moments with my friends is non-negotiable!

All is going well here but there is lots going on behind the scenes (buying an apartment and renovating/selling our house of 26 years). Exciting times!

So I’m keeping myself grounded with my daily routines (the “book ends” of my day).

Just a few minutes here and there keeps me on track.

And a dip in the cold sea keeps me sane!

Breakast dip and bike ride with my Danish Bestie, Vibeke.

I’m not making YouTube videos right now but I’m still coaching, if you would like some 1:1 advice or are looking for a fresh start.

Have a fabulous day!

Add Yours →It’s great to hear from you. I was starting to worry for a bit, but I completely understand the craziness that comes from remodels and selling a house!! I’m glad you have your friends and the sea to keep you sane!
❤️
Happy Tuesday❣️
I’m glad to see you still enjoying life despite the crazy busy ride.
Yes, to the routines…I ‘m not 100%, but sticking with it.
Looks like you all are having amazing weather – perfect timing to get out of the house during renovations ☀️ So excited for you and your upcoming city life.
What exciting but stressful times. I also love sea swimming and plunging. I’m enjoying watching lots of your older you tube videos. I love doing my LOL when it is pegged outside on the washing line 🙌
Hi Diane, lovely to hear what’s been happening with you and seeing your photos. A big summer of exciting new things for you. I am keeping up with my basic routines too and walking nearly every day along two local streams helps keep me sane. Focussing on my garden, at the moment and after my youngest son has completed A level exams very soon, my big summer project will be clearing out the attic of more than 30 years of stuff. I don’t really want to, but the time has come. New beginnings. Good luck with your house renovations and apartment hunting ❤️
What a whirlwind of activities for you, Diane! I’ve finished my laundry, been to the gym, and am about to bake bread. Routines do keep us moving and productive. Speaking of moving… I had wondered if your online silence indicated major progress on your next big adventure in a new apartment in the city. Hope all those efforts go 🏊🏻♀️swimmingly🏊🏻♀️ and that the chaos of renovations is diminished by your superb de-cluttering efforts of the last year. It will all be worth it when you are calm and comfortable in your next home. Cheers!
You and your friends always look so pretty and are dressed so well after sea bathing! How do you manage that?!
I sure miss your ideas and encouragement! I’m so excited for you and this transition. I’m so glad you are taking care of yourself!
The sea is such a beautiful blue/green color in your pics!
Always lovely to hear from you, Diane!
