This year has brought big changes for hubby and me and it’s inspired me to let go of what no longer serves us! Join me today for ONE HOUR of hygge decluttering as I simplify, and make room for our new life and what truly matters. We will be chatting about sentimental decorations and Danish traditions – a fun walk down memory lane. And what is coming up next month! As always, THANK YOU so much for subscribing and sharing my videos!
In case you missed it…we have started our stress-free holiday prep!
Week 1: 21 October (Flylady Zone 4)
Home (Power Task)
- Complete the Weekly Upkeep Clean: Focus on high-traffic areas to maintain a tidy and welcoming home environment.
Christmas
- Gather Wrapping Supplies and Cards (scissors, paper, ribbons, tape, cards) to be ready for gift-giving. Knowing what we have keeps us from buying unnecessary items.
Self-Care
- Schedule Personal Grooming: Book appointments for hair, nails, or any other treatments to feel your best during the holiday season!

Need company for the Weekly Upkeep Clean? Here’s a trip down memory lane, one of my videos from 7 years ago!!
Week 2: 28 October (Flylady Zone 5 + 1)
Home (Power Task)
- Quick Clean and PUPA in the living room, hall, entryway, and dining room. PUPA means “Pick Up and Put Away” anything that’s out of place. Set your timer for 15 minutes and see what you can achieve!
Christmas
- Check Lights and Declutter Decorations: Test outdoor fairy lights/Christmas tree lights to ensure they’re working. Sort through decorations and donate any unused items to charity. Knowing what we have keeps us from buying unnecessary items.
Self-Care
- Put together a Pamper Basket: A book or magazine, some hand cream and your favourite tea or treat – little comforts to enjoy in a quiet, hyggelig moment!
