Clear Your Mind at 50+ Declutter these 5 Things! Minimalist Living

If you could clear just one part of your life right now, what would it be? In today’s YouTube video I share five simple things you can declutter this week for a clearer mind, a calmer home, and more energy for the life you’re living now! Minimalism after 50 isn’t about living with nothing – it’s about creating space for what truly matters!

So, which one of these 5 areas could you declutter this week to feel lighter and calmer?

And remember to grab your ticket for this year’s Get Organized Virtual Conference! I’m delighted to be a key speaker again this year, woo hoo! What is Get Organized? It’s a week-long online event with 100+ classes on saving money, interior design, meal planning, capsule wardrobe, paper clutter, family dynamics, time management, digital organization, crafting, cleaning tips and even Christmas planning – basically something for everyone! Who attends? Women like you and me! Last year we had over 130,000 registrants – wow!

These are wonderful suggestions and I plan to use some of them this week as I find myself stuck. Thanks again, Diane!

Thanks so much. I started in the Master bedroom last week. One drawer at a time. I have decluttered 6 spaces. Rah, Rah, Rah! I am 68.

I’m already working on clothes, got the ones in the closet decluttered and now working on the drawers, it won’t take long. I’m not up to doing paperwork, will save that for when the weather is colder and I’m stuck inside. Going to start going through things I’m not using currently and get rid of those items as well.

Hi Diane, paper clutter or at least a box of papers which I need to sort out. It’s neatly stored away and out of sight but I know it’s there 😁. I will use the timer method and sort it out this weekend. Thanks Diane 😘
