When I first moved to Scandinavia over 22 years ago, the winter blues hit me hard. The darkness descended over me like a blanket and was hard to shake off. Since then, I’ve learned a lot and no longer suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder)! In today’s video, I’m sharing my easy plan to avoid the seasonal blues.
