Your final chance! Day 16 | 2026 Reset for A Better Life

Good morning from wonderful Copenhagen! Getting straight into today’s tiny task for a better life. I have done the thinking for you, so you can relax and get straight to work, ha ha!

If you already have today’s tiny task under your belt, or want to do a little cleaning and tidying today, then I want you to set a timer and do 10 minutes work in this week’s Flylady Zone 2, the kitchen. Anything you like! This is not a checklist, it is a list of ideas of what you might like to tackle. We are looking for progress, not perfection.

A checklist titled 'Zone 2 - kitchen' outlining cleaning, decluttering, restocking, and project tasks for the kitchen, including tasks like descaling appliances and organising pantry items.

And I am here to work along with you / bodydouble in these videos!

I am setting my timer and will be doing the same!

A hand holding a digital timer displaying 10 minutes, with a potted plant and candle in the background.

Wishing you a marvelous Monday!

Hugs

Thank you Diane🎉 walking into my living room today thinking how hygge it is and how you’d be proud of me – thank you for all you do 🥰 have a great day!

Good morning Diane 🌞 I will be doing this tiny task as soon as I’m back from the school run. Thank you for the prompt 👍🏻💫

One of my favourite sayings is “Stop perfecting. Start bettering.” When I forget this, it is always great to have your reminder that progress is the goal!
May the blessings of this day be those you need the most, Diane!

Hi Dianne, it’s Monday evening here in Melbourne, Australia. I’ve been watching you for years now and you never fail to brighten my mood and day. You are very much appreciated. Your method really resonates with me; I love the idea of small wins and progress over perfection etc etc.

😆 Have a good start for the new week, Diane. I like this reset because this is fun!! You are very motivating. I will prepare the lunch boxes today in the evening before I leave to donate blood, which I regularly do. So when I come home, no work will wait.

I have been following along on your videos since last April when I visited Copenhagen with my Aunt and your videos came in my feed while we watched YouTube in the evenings. I am so glad! I hadn’t noticed I needed help until YOU showed me how to declutter and keep up with my home. I am so grateful for your videos and continue to develop these great habits. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos to encourage us. I loved Copenhagen and hope to get back there again.

Hi Diane! Thanks to you I chose my outfit for the next day before I go to bed. It’s become such a habit I cannot climb into bed until it’s done! Even my little dog knows to head into the closet with me and just watches while I choose 😂
This morning I took a damp microfiber cloth and wiped down my kitchen cabinet fronts. Took only 10 minutes and they are shiny and fingerprint free!
Thanks for all you do!

Hi Diane! Happy Day 16! Thanks to you I have added an evening routine in 2026,basically a kitchen shut-down.
I started my February planner today and added a task of a quick calendar check so nothing sneaks up on me. Thanks for this reset!!
