How’s the weather? Good morning from Copenhagen where we’ve had a real blustery couple of days! Temperatures have been yo-yoing here (we were below freezing at the weekend) but Helene and I met up yesterday and today for our morning seadip…

Yesterday morning we had beautiful sunshine…

And big waves!

When the flag is flying upwards, you know it’s windy, ha ha!

Today was rather damp…

But a lot milder. We both ditched our winter coats for our raincoats….

Heavy rain is expected to arrive later today and will persist for the rest of the week!

But it was wonderful, as always, to catch up over a quick, hot cuppa tea and then move on with our day!

What are you doing today to take care of yourself? I hope you caught the first instalment of our cozy minimalist Christmas prep for 2025! Why are we doing this so early? To ensure we enjoy the season without the stress! Getting our homes tidy and cozy, doing a spot of Christmas planning and looking after our well-being. In the video I give you some easy self-care ideas for this week.
I’m off to spend 15 minutes on some desk work (Flylady Plan and Play). Have a fantastic day, whatever the weather!

Hugs

Whatever the weather you and Helene always have smiles on your faces 😊😘
Beautiful pictures! They really give the feeling of the cold water and fall weather… and we remember how you and your Bathing Besties have lovely hot tea and a snack after your swim. Such an interesting and appealing morning habit. 🙂
Started offin Nebraska this morning with a low in the 40s. Up to Minnesota to switch planes and ended up in Texas with a high of 88.
Self Care was peanut butter n jelly, hot tea! ❤️
Always looking forward to your early Christmas preperations 😊
Btw: thought of your Inspiration of last year (?) and will put up lights in the garden next week-end 💪😀
Having a swap meet! Where everyone is going to bring Christmas items as well as other things to swap what is leftover will go to a local charity so people can have an early start to shopping for their Christmas supply needs.
