Are you joining me tomorrow? Put your hand up or say “Rah, rah, rah”!
Woo hoo, tomorrow I’m back on YouTube after my summer break! I’m feeling refreshed, recharged and raring to get going again with you! What’s the one thing you most want to achieve in the season ahead? Let’s jump back in together for tips, motivation and, of course, a wee dose of Danish hygge!
Let’s simplify, one small baby step at a time. See you tomorrow!

Hi Diane
I want a clutter free, easy to clean and maintain home (I am counting that all as 1 thing).
I want to accomplish further refinement in my home. I am not sure that makes sense, but I have decluttered a ton, still feel I have another big push needed, and I need more systems in place. Wirh the systems, for instance, I have a robot vacuum, but instead of setting up the timer system, I manually start it each day…one more thing for me to do. I was just thinking before I read your blog, that I really needed to set up the auto clean timmer system!
Oh yay! So good to have you back. I absolutely love your videos. I would love to get my desk cleared of clutter and all the paperwork sorted. It feels like such a mammoth task but you have been helping me along the way. Thank you!
Such great news!
Yay, we have missed you. 🙂 I hope you had a wonderful summer.
Goal: Figure out how to be consistent with the weekly zones when I really need to declutter each Zone. I’m confused about how much time I should spend decluttering v cleaning the Zone. I work full time ans an hospice nurse and am often exhausted when I get home. 64 years old and no one here but myself, so I’m not sure why I’m so tired. So hard to clean when there’s Too Much Stuff. Glad you had a nice time off. I’m sooo thankful for your inspiration and motivation. Rah rah Rah!!!!
Working full time in healthcare is exhausting, especially when you care so much about your patients. I went from healthcare 30 yrs to social work/case management, equally tiring mentally but no nights/holidays/weekends where I work, which makes a huge difference. You can do this, one bit at a time, and simplify life at home. 🙂
Indeed! Flylady always says “You can’t clean clutter!”. When you begin, you dedicate the zones time just to declutter. All you need is a trash bag and a cleaning rag and toss, toss, 15 minutes at a time. You’ve got this.
My two kids are home from Uni along with all their dorm stuff and clothes. With them home and summer activities (trips to the lake), I am off kilter with my normal routines of exercise, sleep, cleaning etc. They are home for a couple of more weeks (YAY!) but want resume a consistent Pilates practice and start small with my daily cleaning/zone work. Realistically, the sleep will not come until they are moved back to their individual universities😎
Hurray! Looking forward to it!! Welcome back from Ireland!
Your photos, comments, and suggestions during your enjoyable summer break kept me going. One thing I’d like to get done this season: clear out and get rid of one plastic stacking drawer..at least.
Rah, Rah, Rah!!! 🙂
Hurray! Finally! I need you more then ever before! I’m looking forward to see you again!🎉❤️🎉
Super!
Looking forward to simple routines, more running in cooler weather and of course SWIMMING!
I love your navy blue outfit, tres chic 😊.
I will see you tomorrow! Time to get back to basics and routines.
Let me first say I hope you had an amazing summer Diane!! 😃
I am Canadian by birth but my roots are full-blooded Dane, and I am loving the hyggeligt you bring to your videos Diane! Mange tak! At 73 I live alone with my rescue tuxedo cat Mikka. 😻 I do struggle somewhat with a few health issues which have made it a bit harder for me to keep my home de-cluttered. Thankfully a close friend recommended your site ten days ago. Having moved into my home 13 years ago, there is a great deal of residual ‘stuff’ I brought with me, and have also collected since then. It is going to take time, but I am motivated! Since subscribing to ‘Diane in Denmark’ I have made substantial inroads in clearing away, decluttering, and making my home look so much better, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. (My spare bedroom-aka-basement is another story. It will take a few weeks at least LOL). The progress I have made so far, though, is very empowering. Having already watched more than a few of your videos, I am super Rah! Rah! Rah! excited for tomorrow to see what you have in store for us with your newest video Diane. 🇨🇦 🇩🇰
🙌🏻 rah rah see you soon!
Rah Rah Rah!!! I need your help desperately Dianne. 4 weeks Post Op with a total knee replacement and I need your encouragement to start getting my routines back. (Gently. ☺️) Welcome back in advance! ❤️
Looking forward to it! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
rah rah rah !!
So glad youre back from your well earned break, I’m definitely in need of some gentle encouragement to get on track.
My one thing is a free horizontal surface in the kitchen so I don’t have to clear a space in order to do any cooking
Yay! I’ll be there!
Rah Rah Rah!!!
Of course I will be there.
I video of our lovely Diane is one of my monday routines and me time!
See you tomorrow
I’ll be there! I’ve been focusing on my routines and weekly upkeep cleaning, and finally feel like it’s working for me and making a real difference. Now I want to work on zone decluttering and cleaning.
Thank you Diane!
Rah rah rah – see you tomorrow !
Happy you’ll be back on YT!
My one thing for the season ahead is getting the house ready for having guests stay. We all know that means more than one thing!
Looking forward (yes really!) to Monday’s home blessing hour and working in a new zone this week.
Good evening Diane, I look forward to your new video!
I am hoping to reset my home after summer holidays. I also hope to inject even more hygge in to my home and life through some decorating and diy! I love to make my home a comforting haven for my family and feel at my best when I have my home in order.
Going thru the difficult areas of my home: shed, garage, basement, craft drawers, closets.
Flylady refreshers.
Working along with you videos were always fun.
Yay!!!!
Hello Diane, glad you will be back soon!!
I struggle with being consistent with zone cleaning too, live on my own, work full time, mom was diagnosed with Alzheimers last year and things have gotten a bit overwhelming ahhhh
Rah Rah Rah
We can’t wait. Love you Diane! Ray rah rah! 📣
Whoo hoo! So looking forward to seeing you back on YouTube, we’ve missed you 😊
CANT WAIT!! Rah rah rah!
Your Christmas prep starting in October is my all- time fav. Hope we will see revisit. Xo
I have been watching about your holiday in Croatia, and was there very briefly on a cruise in 2010. I loved our one day there, so your longer stay looks really fun!
Rah! Rah! rah!
Rah! Rah! Rah! So excited that you are back!
Looking forward, welcome back! I feel I have fully nailed my morning routine, with LOL and everything connected, but I still do not manage my evening routine, which influences everything: the chores, the meals, etc. So my goal is to get my evening routine into a state of bliss ;-), hoping for your support. Thank you!
I am so happy to have you back. You look amazing Diane. I’ve had a case of the blahs for the last few weeks and replaying your videos are the only thing that I’ve got me out of my bed and moving. I’m so grateful for you. I need to get a system to sort out my home study and my small desk. Also need consistency with the zone cleaning and stop trying to do it all every single month.
Thank you for being such a blessing in my life and to so many others. 🥰
I really enjoy your videos, Diane. They have helped me through the highs and lows, working my routine even when it’s hard to because I’m sad or overwhelmed
Rah, Rah, Rah! Lovely to hear you are back!
Great to see your YouTube video. Can’t wait for the get organized seminars next month. Sorry to see summer end but it’s time for autumn soon. Yay!
