Menu plan – Thursday 12 April 2012

My brother and his family (five of them in all) are coming to stay with
us this weekend.  He’s starting the
celebrations for his upcoming 50thbirthday in style…with a trip to Copenhagen.  And our first stop will be..the Carlsberg Visitor Centre! ;o)

They have 20,000 bottles in their collection…

and you get to taste the new stuff! 🙂

So this week’s menu is a reflection of
visiting Scottish family, loads (and loads) of leftovers from guests we had over Easter, and DH being away on business a couple of days…  Thank goodness for menu planning to keep us
all sane.  And well fed!
