Coming up in today’s post…cozy Copenhagen September vibes and a champagne lunch with Sue!
Once again I am out celebrating my birthday, ha ha!
Yes, I know it was back in June but I’m stretching out the celebrations because my Besties have been away during the summer and then life got busy… Did you join us at Get Organized HQ Virtual last week for a boost of organizing, decluttering and cleaning? It was so inspirational!
Anyway, me and my Bestie, Sue, went for a fabulous lunch in the city at one of my favourite haunts, Union Kitchen. They have several locations but I always stick to the one right around the corner from Nyhavn Harbour, on Store Strandstræde. Cheers with a glass of champers!
What do you fancy from the menu?
Sue chose the Croque Madame, a classic.
I ordered the Popcorn Chicken, lovely heat from the gochujang, which was absolutely delicious!
Then we decided to walk a few steps along the same street to Restaurant Zeleste for our coffee. Another fabulous Copenhagen restaurant I’ve been coming to with hubby for the past 25 years.
They have a wonderful Courtyard where you can sit outside all year round (come and try their white gløgg at Christmas!).
We shared some of their petit fours with our coffee. Yum!

What a lovely way to extend your Birthday. The Get Organized Virtual was terrific. I enjoyed your Lunch Hour suggestions, etc. I am so glad I got the All Access Pass. Have a wonderful week-end.
