Diane, thank you so much for your lovely encouragement via video! I appreciate your work to inspire and motivate! I have been following you for about 6 years.I recently lost my mom suddenly. Your transparency during that time in your life is a real help to me now. Putting one foot in front of the other…

It’s so great to have you back on YouTube Diane, I had a good day getting back on track, Monday home blessing done, I decluttered a few pairs of trousers I didn’t wear this summer, finally accepting that they no longer fit well or flatter my post menopause shape. Thirty minutes of Tai Chi done for my self care and all ready for a peaceful and cosy evening. Autumn is definitely on the breeze in Kent. 🍂 🙏🏻❤️

Busy Monday here: laundry, harvesting/freezing my fresh basil in EVOO for winter cooking, then making a double batch of hummus using the pesto-y leftovers in the blender. Nothing wasted! The fridge is stocked with grilled salmon, chicken, and pork we cooked over the weekend, so all I have to think about for dinners this week are a few nutritious side dishes to accompany prepared entrees.

Good books give me time to relax on busy days. I like to place little vases of flowers/herbs from the garden all around the house. Seeing a fresh bouquet makes me smile. Cheers, Diane!
