Good morning from me and my Danish Besties, Helene and Vibeke!

Sun is shining, it’s a great day!

But still bitterly cold. Brrrrr! 4c/39f both in and out of the sea. But a hot cuppa tea, enjoyed sitting in the sun, brought the feeling back to my frozen fingers and toes!

We’re still wearing winter coats, hats, gloves and scarves for the bike ride.

This morning we were joined by not one, but two, skarv (cormorants)…

Spring in Denmark officially started on 1 March but it’ll be several weeks before everything turns green. And look how shallow the water is right now, where did it disappear to?

Enjoy your day, whatever the weather, wherever you are in the world!

Hugs

Spring on the West Coast of Canada, cherry blossoms out!
Autumn in Melbourne but we’re still having some very warm days 🍁☀️🍂
Its been unseasonably warm here in the UK and the sea is also very shallow. Its so lovely to feel the sun on your skin 🌞🌊
-4 celcius here in southern Ontario this morning! Yesterday we had some snow flurries and we will have a high of 4C later in the day, yet the daffodil and hyacinth leaves have popped out of the ground due to a few warm days earlier in the month.
Lashing rain and thunder in Dubai – 1st big rainstorms we’ve had since 2024 so we are happy (although our cat and foster kitten were confused!) 4 degrees sounds soooooo cold but hot tea looks lovely 😍
It’s officially Spring here in north central Alberta but Mother Nature has not gotten the memo yet! It’s -9 C with -18 C windchill this morning and we’re expecting 5 to 10 cm of snow over the next couple of days. 🥶❄️ Maybe April will bring some better weather. 🤞☀️
