What one tiny task can you cross off your list today? Hope you’re week is going well! I’ve been “sneak peek” watching some of the sessions from the upcoming Get Organized HQ Conference (I’m excited to be one of the speakers again this year, woo hoo!). With the All Access Pass you can dive in straight away and I’ve been motivated to get decluttering and organizing like a crazy woman, ha ha! Always nice with fresh ideas for meal planning, cleaning and even Christmas prep! (Yesterday I learned how to do a bit of hand-lettering and draw some cute festive motifs on plain brown paper with a pen – homemade gift wrap and tags that were super easy and lots of fun!)

I’ve also been motivated to declutter! This week we’re in Flylady Zone 4 – the bedroom. So I took a few minutes to dig a little deeper and ended up decluttering a bunch of jewellery. Plus I’ve put a couple of tops “on probation” – that means I’ll make myself wear them to see if they’re keepers. If not, they will be heading straight into my giveaway bag for our next Swap Party!

If you love the Get Organized sessions, here’s a heads-up: the All Access Pass is only $29 right now – the lowest price you’ll see. The price rises this Sunday night (and again, as we get closer to opening day). Remember, you can always watch the sessions for free for 24 hours as they go “live”. But if you want the flexibility to watch anytime (and rewatch for life!) plus all the extra freebies like cheat sheets, podcast version, speaker bonus giveaways, etc, grab the pass now! Haven’t signed up for your free ticket to this year’s conference yet? Use my link below – time is running out!

But back to our bedrooms! Have I inspired you to work on your own bedroom today? Here are 3 tiny tasks you can do today in Flylady Zone 4 – set your timer for 5 minutes and just do ONE!
- Clear off your bedside table or nightstand, give it a quick dust
- Toss worn-out socks or tights (I use our old socks for dusting!)
- Declutter five things from the top of your dressing table (less visual clutter)

Remember, just one or two tasks. No perfection needed – just progress! And if you’d like to “body double” with me while you declutter your bedroom today, check out my declutter and clean YouTube video series! Rah, rah, rah – you’ve got this!
And one last thing – next week I’ll have a video update on how I’ve got on with my minimalist wardrobe experiment: wearing only 4 colours (and no black, grey or beige!) for a whole year. Where does the time go?! Can’t wait to share what I’ve learned!
And don’t forget to let me know which small task you can accomplish today. Bonus points for Flylady Zone 4!
Hugs

My task today was in a guest bedroom. I cleared some trash but also got a gift that had been set down in that room, wrapped and ready to be given to the recipient. Small tasks but progress.
I am loving the tiny tasks in the zone. Every little bit does make a difference for me. I hope you continue them through all the zones!
