It’s time for a new Scaredy Cat Challenge! Don’t know what I’m talking about? Have you ever wanted to try something new but you were too scared to start? Well, come on down, because you’re in very good company! 🙂
It will not have escaped your notice that I am a huge Flylady fan. I ‘found her’ about 3 years ago and haven’t looked back since. My daily routines keep the house (and family) ticking over and give me lots of time to do what I want to do… Sounds pretty good, n’est-ce pas? I l.o.v.e those routines. The decluttering has also gone well. The more I get rid of, the easier things seem. But, alas, I’m still very much in ‘do all or do nothing’ mode. So this week I’m going to pretend I’ve just started with Flylady and give it my best shot. I’ll take one room per day (Monday to Friday) and going to be ruthless. For…15 minutes ;D
Would you like to join in the Scaredy Cat Challenge fun? It doesn’t have to involve the Flylady or decluttering. Since the start of the year I’ve increased my running distance, had a pedicure done, dabbled in crochet, biked to the next village and started (and finished!) a sewing project involving a pattern 😉 Just take look at any of my previous Scaredy Cat Challenge posts… What about starting to exercise or taking up a new hobby? Something you want to do but need a little kick push to get started? Let’s join hands and be scared together 🙂 You can add your own challenge/blog with the MckLinky below…
Hope you have a simply super sunny Sunday! 🙂
If you wake up one morning & your daffs are missing……LOL! Got sidetracked w/my own challenge. I promise, I'll get that shirt finished before Turtle outgrows it!
Hi, thank you for the nice comment in my blog, I am from Norway.
I love flylady too, I`ve been on and off for a long time, now I`ve just started with the beginner babysteps again and want to make some new routines. I`m so happy to find another flylady fan 🙂
Tee hee, Candace, I didn't want to ask about that smock! Looking forward to seeing it soon. Still waiting for the MckLinky to work 🙂
Helen, it's nice to meet another Scandinavian flylady fan! I don't know anyone else in real life who follows her system, so I love meeting others via the blog and twitter. Tweet soon! 🙂
Lovely post Diane! I'd love to get involved in a scaredy cat challenge, I think mine this week is simply getting back onto flylady!
Off to have a bath and try to surface some routine ideas! While listening to an old flylady podcast!
Hi Sarah! You're always welcome on the Flylady wagon – give us a shout if you need a hand up! And don't forget those babysteps… ;D
Enjoy that bath – one of my fave ways to pamper 🙂
