What have you been up to this weekend? What put a smile on your face? Saturday mornings for me mean hijinks with my Copenhagen Bluetits Chill Swimmers peeps!
This week included a humongous bouquet of rhubarb and black and green grapes. Two of the ladies shared the bounty from their gardens with us – wow!
I took along a morgenstang (type of Danish pastry “morning stick”) to enjoy with our coffee and tea after our dip. Because this Saturday we had special guests!
We had the honour of hosting some guest Bluetits who were visiting us from Milton Keynes in the UK and all the way from Jervis Bay and Wollongong in Australia. Wow!
It was so fun to connect with these ladies, Bluetits of the world unite!
And we had the most glorious weather – hot and sunny! Sea and air both 20c/68f.
In other news, the Flylady system is all about keeping our lives organised, freeing us up so we can get the most out of our days. (Like enjoying Bluetit dips!) Do you have a favourite part of the Flylady system? Mine is the Evening Routine or Evening Reset – whatever you want to call it! It doesn’t need to be complicated: lay out your clothes for tomorrow, reset your hotspot, and give yourself the gift of a calm end to the day. Just 5 minutes makes a huge difference!
What’s one small thing you can do tonight to make tomorrow easier?
I’m making a rhubarb cake…yum!
Oh! And talking of tomorrow… I’ll be sharing the link for you to grab a FREE TICKET to the Get Organized HQ Virtual Conference, where I’m one of the speakers again this year – woo hoo! Stay tuned!
But until then, go do your Evening Routine, ha ha!
