Are you ready to get the week off to a great start? Let’s keep things clean, cozy, and hygge! Whether you’ve just discovered the Flylady system or you’ve been flying for years, the method is the same: set your timer for 15 minutes and just do something!
Feeling stuck or unmotivated? You’re not alone – I hear from so many of you on YouTube who say:
- “I don’t know where to begin…”
- “It will take me all day to clear this up…”
- “I don’t have the energy!”
That’s why we keep it simple. No perfection, no pressure, just progress! This week we are working in Flylady Zone 1 – the entryway, hall, dining room. Want a bit of company while you clean? “Body double” with me using this chatty video from my archives — yes, it’s an oldie, ha ha! But I’ll be your timer and cheerleader for 15 minutes!
I’m also sharing a few quick ideas for what you can clean or declutter today in this week’s Zone. But remember: don’t do it all! Just pick one or two things and make a start. A few minutes here and there throughout the week makes a huge difference!
And most importantly, take 5 minutes just for YOU today. A cuppa in your favourite mug, listen to your favourite tunes, take 5 minutes and breathe… If you can get outside, even better!
