Anyone else heading into a long weekend (Pentecost/Whitsun holiday)? 😃🇩🇰 Happy Friday! Breezy, blustery, bitterly cold then blazing hot for our swim at Vedbæk beach 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️⛱️ Delicious, freshly baked "wienerstang" Danish pastry 🥨🔪 and Erika's delicious Twinings "Focus" hot tea afterwards 🫖🍵🍵🍵And, yes, Jen is rocking my recently decluttered "priest" collar blue/white striped top and "too soft for me" lilac sweater (Jen and Erika are 1/2s and I'm a 1/4 in the Dressing Your Truth system) 👏🤩💜👚 And we are all Bluetits Chill Swimmers...Tits on Tour! Have a wonderful Friday! After-work skinnydip seaswim and bike ride with my Bestie, Helene! 🇩🇰🌊 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🚲🚲 Sea 14c/57f, air the same Who's running errands? I did mine yesterday in the city. The day changes but I ALWAYS have my list ready! Saves time, stress and energy. On my list this week: posting parcels 📦📦 buying paintbrushes from the ironmonger/hardware store brush🖌🖌 pharmacy ("apotek") 💊💊 groceries 🛒🥕🥬🧅 Muji ✒️ and a dress for my birthday next month 👗👏😁 🇩🇰🌊 Wednesday morning dip and bike ride with my Bestie, Vibeke 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🚲🚲 Sea 13c/55f, air lower 💜 Following up on today's earlier post... Sending a virtual hug if you are also "walking through porridge" or staring into space, paralyzed right now! 🎥🎥Hopefully some of my own coping mechanisms in today's YouTube video will resonate with you! 🙏😊 Where did you find my videos...in a Facebook group, recommended by a friend, they popped up on your YouTube feed? Thank you for liking, subscribing and sharing! 😃 🙃 Don't be fooled by my smiling face, yesterday was a real "walking through porridge" and "staring into space" day 😱 These are the days that I lean into self-care, message a friend/family, get outside for a change of air and use my coping techniques. And I know that it's just a matter of hours...this too shall pass! Nothing major is wrong, just hormonal stuff 😊 These are the days when my daily routines are such a huge support. Even when I don't know what to do, doing something (anything!) is a win! Just crossing one tiny thing off my list can give me the momentum I need to move forward ✅️🚶‍♀️ Oh, and 5 minutes on the timer is always my best friend! 😁⏰️ In the end, yesterday was actually a really good day! Hugs if you need one right now! 💖 And a rah, rah, rah with my pom poms! 🎉🎉🎉 👋😃 What can YOU declutter today that is "surplus to requirements"? ❓️❓️❓️ We are working on making our bedrooms clean and cozy this week (Flylady Zone 4) 🛌🌙🏡🧹💦 but declutter wherever you like - I will be cheering you on with my pom poms! Rah, rah, rah! 😍 🎉🎉🎉 🐎⛪️🇩🇰 As you can probably tell, our friends' daughter - the "konfirmand" - and her family love/own horses...she rode home in style from the village church after the confirmation service 😇🐎🐎 A real "hestepige", 'horse girl'! 😊 The table decor matched too 🐎👏😁 What a fantastic day with family, friends and neighbours! 🍽🥂🍾🇩🇰⛪️🌸🌸🌸 Are you exercising today, getting some fresh air, a change of pace? Alone, with family or friends? Walking the dog? 👋😃 Last week's dip with my Copenhagen Bluetits Chill Swimmers peeps! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🇩🇰🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️☀️☀️🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️ Sun is shining here again today - woo hoo - and I've been for a walk with hubby 🚶‍♂️💖🚶‍♀️🏡 and dipped in the sea too! 🏊‍♀️🤩 The Flylady habit for this month is moving our bodies daily, just a little bit! 😁 On Sundays I usually do a short run in our village, before lunch 🏃‍♂️💨 I don't always want to exercise but I never regret doing it and always feel 100% better 😅
